• All Sales Are Final: Tickets, Phoenix Badges, and related purchases are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation, postponement, or lineup changes.

• Phoenix Badge Access: Select areas, activities, and experiences require a Phoenix Badge or upgraded access. These badges are essential for cashless payments at games, rides, and select food vendors.

• Schedule Changes: The Festival reserves the right to modify the event lineup, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

• Risk Assumption: Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. The Festival is not liable for injury, property loss, or other damages.
